FAQs

  • Yes! We operate legally under the Massachusetts Cottage Food Operations regulations. Our kitchen is residential, but we are fully approved, permitted, and inspected by our local Board of Health to ensure the highest standards of safety and cleanliness.

    • Custom Cakes & Cupcakes: We require a minimum of 2 weeks' notice to source ingredients and properly plan your custom design.

    • Mini Cake Tins & Cinnamon Rolls: For large or bulk orders (packs of 4, 8, or 12), please allow 7 to 10 days.

    • Need something sooner? If we have an open slot in our kitchen, we may be able to accommodate a rush order. Orders placed with less than 3 days' notice are subject to a 20% rush fee.

  • To get started, head over to our Order Form page and book an inquiry appointment. Please include your event date, estimated guest count, preferred flavor profile, and any design inspiration you have. We will review your request and send over an official quote and invoice within 24–48 hours.

  • Changes to design or flavor can be made up to 7 days before your scheduled pickup or delivery. Because we buy ingredients and prep decorations in advance, cancellations made within 7 days of the event are non-refundable.

  • We offer free, scheduled pickups on Mondays and Fridays from our home bakery hub in Webster, MA. Once your order is confirmed, we will coordinate a specific pickup window with you.

  • Yes! We offer weekend deliveries on Saturdays and Sundays exclusively within Massachusetts. Delivery fees are calculated based on mileage from our kitchen to your venue. Please specify if you need delivery when submitting your inquiry form.

  • Think of them as your own personal, gourmet cake-on-the-go! These are individually portioned, 5oz tins layered with our signature cakes, fillings, and frostings. They are perfect for party favors, corporate gifts, casual snacking, or a mess-free alternative to slicing a giant cake at small gatherings.

  • While we can modify certain recipes to be made without gluten or nuts upon request, please note that our kitchen handles wheat, dairy, eggs, and nuts. We take every precaution to avoid cross-contamination, but we cannot guarantee a 100% allergen-free environment for individuals with severe allergies.

  • We love getting creative! If you have a specific flavor combination in mind that isn't listed on our main menu, let us know in your inquiry form. We’ll do our best to bring your vision to life (premium flavor testing fees may apply).

  • The safest place for a cake in a vehicle is on a flat, level surface—the floor of the passenger side or the flat trunk space of an SUV is ideal. Never place a cake on a car seat, as the slant will cause the cake to slide or tilt. Crank up the air conditioning, drive carefully around corners, and avoid sudden braking!

    • Custom Cakes: Keep your cake in the refrigerator until about 1–2 hours before serving. Cakes are best enjoyed at room temperature, which allows the buttercream to soften to a perfect, creamy texture.

    • Mini Cake Tins: These keep beautifully in the fridge for up to 5 days, or they can be frozen for up to a month if kept tightly sealed.

    • Cinnamon Rolls: Keep at room temperature and pop them in the microwave for 10–15 seconds before eating for that fresh-out-of-the-oven experience!
